Coffee Shop – Museum Quality Giclée Print on Hot Press Paper
This piece is a portrait of Angel Falls Coffee Shop as it was before the newer renovations—a a beloved local hangout in Highland Square. I painted it in 2007, during my junior year of high school. After school, I’d spend hours sketching people with their coffee, catching up with friends, listening to poetry shows, and eavesdropping on all the locals passing through. It’s been hanging on the walls of Angel Falls ever since.
The original is painted with acrylic on a wood slate board and remains part of the shop’s space. This giclée print, made on smooth, archival hot press paper, is signed on the back and preserves the spirit of the original.
