Coneflowers are one of the most recognizable native wildflowers in this region, known for their distinctive shape and long bloom season. They play an important role in supporting pollinators, especially bees and butterflies, and their seed heads continue to provide food for birds well into the fall.

Beyond their ecological value, echinacea has a long history of use in herbal practices, particularly for immune support. The plant carries a sense of durability and function, thriving in a range of conditions while continuing to return year after year.

This drawing is part of a series honoring the native wildflowers of my region. I live near so many incredible trails to explore in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It’s my favorite way to recharge and reconnect with the landscape that inspires my work.

Choose from several versions, including full-color watercolor and monochrome linework, each printed on archival paper for lasting quality.

Prints are produced in small batches and may vary slightly in paper texture, depending on availability, but all are museum-grade giclée prints made to last.
