La Maladie de Raynaud

This piece is a stream-of-consciousness drawing created in a single 47-minute session while I listened to the audiobook version of Thich Nhat Hanh's Fear and reflected on themes of nature and connectedness. I live with a lot of unnecessary and often debilitating fear, and this was another step in my ongoing journey to embrace life with more confidence to face discomfort and uncertainty.
